Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain real-time inventory records using proprietary software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize stock rotation
- Generate monthly inventory reports for leadership review
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols for perishable goods
- Audit physical inventory against system data bi-weekly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour training a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
