Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage inbound/outbound stock documentation and barcode scanning systems
- Maintain real-time inventory records with zero tolerance for errors
- Coordinate with purchasing and shipping teams for stock replenishment
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis and compliance
- Implement FIFO protocols and optimize warehouse storage layouts
- Audit inventory processes monthly to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- RF scanning certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
