Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain real-time inventory records in SAP WMS with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with 3PL partners for inbound/outbound stock movements
- Generate variance reports and implement corrective actions
- Audit warehouse storage zones for compliance with OSHA standards
- Train staff on inventory protocols and software proficiency
- Support annual physical inventory audits with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in distribution centers
- Advanced proficiency in SAP WMS and MS Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours daily
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in shrinkage reduction (<0.5% variance)
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude
