Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate material handling equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to optimize stock levels
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and implement FIFO protocols
- Train junior staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning and RFID technology
