Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits using RF scanners
- Update inventory databases in real-time using ERP/WMS systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with precision
- Process stock transfers and adjust inventory records for received/returned goods
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure FIFO compliance
- Maintain organized storage areas and label all inventory items
- Assist with annual inventory reconciliation projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory management
- Valid driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
