Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventories to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Update inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) with real-time stock levels.
- Identify and report damaged goods or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for all staff.
- Assist in the restocking process and ensure proper labeling of all inventory items.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, or logistics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
