Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify merchandise against invoices or purchase orders to ensure correctness.
- Label, package, and seal orders according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
