Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move goods throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with 100% accuracy.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and securing materials for transport.
- Stock Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse layout, utilizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
- Documentation: Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and labels.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
