Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient stock rotation
- Process receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent shrinkage
- Collaborate with purchasing department on stock replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards
