Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify stock levels and accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Maintain and update digital inventory records in our ERP system with 100% accuracy.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing inventory promptly.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval and maximum space utilization.
- Assist in the reconciliation of inventory reports for monthly stocktakes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
