Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the supply chain process, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers on time. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move stock to and from storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and check inventory to ensure accuracy against warehouse management systems.
- Package and label merchandise for shipment with extreme care and precision.
- Perform daily safety checks and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends if necessary.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
