Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise and materials. This is a hands-on role that requires a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Process and pack orders efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
