Responsibilities
- Conduct regular physical counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Update and maintain inventory management systems and databases in real-time.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
- Assist in organizing and optimizing warehouse storage areas for maximum efficiency.
- Generate detailed reports on stock levels, damages, and shortages for management review.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve inventory discrepancies and process returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
