Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory counts using WMS and barcode systems
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies daily
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with documentation accuracy
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Audit stock locations and warehouse organization
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong data entry skills with 98% accuracy
- Forklift certification preferred
- Excel proficiency with pivot tables
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and drug test mandatory
