Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software (e.g., TMS, SAP) and proactively resolve delays
- Negotiate rates with carriers and manage freight budgeting for cost efficiency
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations (customs, tariffs, Incoterms)
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of high-priority shipments
- Analyze shipping data to identify optimization opportunities and implement process improvements
- Act as primary contact for shipping inquiries and customer escalations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Certification in logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) or supply chain management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret shipping data and KPIs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and customs documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
