Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Manage stock rotation to adhere to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory policies.
- Update and maintain inventory management software and databases.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
- Generate inventory reports for management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Clerk, or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., Fishbowl, SAP, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
