Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with procurement teams for optimal inventory levels
- Process shipments and returns with meticulous attention to detail
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols to minimize spoilage
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data analysis skills
- Ability to operate RF scanners and barcode systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
