Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock levels using inventory management software.
- Assist in the organization and layout of the warehouse to optimize storage efficiency.
- Report discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Ensure the workspace complies with all safety regulations and protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as an inventory clerk, stock clerk, or in warehouse operations is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Excel) is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts.
