Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts to ensure stock levels match our records.
- Log incoming and outgoing shipments into the inventory management system with 100% accuracy.
- Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Organize warehouse shelves and storage areas to optimize space and ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports regarding stock levels and inventory movements.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline the picking and packing process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Clerk, or Warehouse Associate is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
