Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps for 2026 and beyond
- Research emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess business impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovations
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons
- Manage a team of futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic technology planning or futurism
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing emerging technologies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with AI, blockchain, IoT, or other cutting-edge technologies
- Leadership experience with a team of at least 3 people
