Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Liaise with freight carriers, trucking companies, and third-party logistics providers to resolve logistical issues.
- Track shipment status in real-time and proactively communicate delays or discrepancies to stakeholders.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate warehouse transfers within the El Paso region.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
