Responsibilities
- Load/unload materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain daily inspection logs
- Process incoming shipments and prepare outbound orders for dispatch
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Maintain clean, compliant work areas adhering to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
