Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and reconciling stock levels with digital systems.
- Prepare and package merchandise for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments according to quality control standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and inventory control staff regarding stock discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
