Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming materials using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with precision
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with RF scanning systems and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
