Responsibilities
- Accurately move, sort, and store raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain precise inventory records and perform cycle counts to support real-time tracking
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors immediately
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support loading/unloading activities and coordinate with transportation teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
