Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely, adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Package and label products for domestic and international shipping.
- Conduct regular safety checks of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Keep the warehouse organized and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience (1-2 years preferred).
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
