Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Load/unload shipments and verify inventory accuracy against shipping/receiving documents
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming/outgoing materials and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Uphold strict safety standards and maintain clean, compliant workspaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
