Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Perform accurate cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and maintaining dock areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
