Job Summary
As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the accurate movement, storage, and retrieval of goods within our warehouse facility. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure our operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels using RF scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and reports.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
