Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning systems
- Inspect products for quality and report defects to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyor systems and automated machinery
- Prepare shipments for dispatch and manage loading dock activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
