Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and cycle counts
- Inspect and pack goods to meet quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Support shipping/receiving processes and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
