Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Accurately scan and inventory products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized and clean work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and minimize downtime
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Prepare and ship/receive orders with attention to detail and accuracy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
