Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and store inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed to meet daily targets
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems and cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and equipment certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Inspect and maintain material handling equipment for operational readiness
- Support physical inventory audits and stock reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS software familiarity preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
