Responsibilities
- Accurately move, load, and unload materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and maintain organized storage areas
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
