Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Inspect and prepare outgoing shipments for optimal delivery conditions
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) with precision
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently with proper technique
- Proficient in inventory management systems and basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
