Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Scan and track inventory using WMS systems to maintain real-time accuracy
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments per company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with OSHA guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
