Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory needs and shipment delays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within a set timeframe.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (WMS experience a plus).
- Valid driver's license (if driving company vehicles for local runs).
