Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize stock organization.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related logistics field.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational efficiency.
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
