Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, strictly adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse facility.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization to ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
