Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory on shelves and racks according to established systems.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and labels.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
