Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and WMS systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and reduce processing times
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to prevent discrepancies
- Operate in a temperature-controlled environment with seasonal temperature fluctuations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling environments
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in inventory control
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
