Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and cycle counting
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure proper storage conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Prepare shipments for distribution and coordinate with transportation carriers
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
