Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and proper lifting techniques
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless material flow
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies immediately
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and care
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
