Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials, finished goods, and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic counting and data entry in WMS systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize material flow and meet production deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and participate in preventative maintenance
- Support shipping/receiving processes including order picking, packing, and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience or relevant training
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
