Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed strictly.
- Organize warehouse stock and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate forklifts (certification required or willing to obtain).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
