Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Efficiently pack products into boxes, ensuring proper protection and labeling for shipment.
- Quality Control: Verify that all items match the purchase order specifications before packing.
- Inventory Management: Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to track stock levels accurately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and pickers to maintain a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is preferred but not always required.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
