Responsibilities
- Safely move and store raw materials, finished goods, and equipment using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; prepare outbound orders for shipment
- Maintain organized inventory records using WMS software and barcode scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with production and shipping teams to meet daily operational goals
- Operate material handling equipment in compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
