Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand, forklift, or pallet jack safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Package and label products according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse layout to optimize workflow.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and stock levels.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work flexible shifts.
