Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and data entry
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly storage areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and participate in regular maintenance checks
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy
- Commitment to safety compliance and workplace standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
