Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize errors
- Manage inventory systems to maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience with proven leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and logistics operations
- OSHA 10/30 certification and forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
